Defective items, returns or refunds: (1) Every AEG will be tested completely before delivery (1 full magazine in both modes), we will not refund for defective guns, so consider seriously before buying. (2) Most Chinese made AEG has cosmetic defect (scratch or dent) out of box, and we will not provide refund for that reason. (3) We will provide free repairing service for any AEG purchase within a week, if you got a bad toy from us with 1 week you can send me back for repair, you need to take care of the in and out shipping cost of the item.
